Moulding, pressing, cutting, stitching, sublimation and finishing all sit under one roof. Nothing critical is subcontracted, which is why our lead times hold.

Production lines
In-house moulding & pressing
Compression and injection moulding for balls, guards and grips, plus a dedicated willow pressing shop. Running the tooling ourselves is what keeps a repeat order inside the tolerance you approved on the first one.

Stitching stations
Cutting, stitching & assembly
Automated cutting tables feed 180 stitching stations across leather, PU and technical textile lines. Hand-stitching cells are retained for match-grade balls where machine stitch cannot match seam integrity.

Incoming lots tested
Material sourcing & testing
Leather, latex, EVA and polyester are bought against a written specification and tested on arrival for thickness, tensile strength and colour fastness. Rejected lots never reach the floor.

Sublimation & finishing
Two sublimation lines and an embroidery bank handle garment, bag and glove decoration in-house, so branding is never subcontracted and artwork approval is a single conversation.
Quality assurance
Three inspection gates, one golden sample.
Quality is a process, not a certificate on a wall. Ours is built around a signed golden sample and three fixed inspection points between raw material and sealed carton.

Incoming material inspection
Every leather, foam, textile and latex lot is checked against the purchase specification for thickness, weight, tensile strength and colour before it is released to production.

In-line process control
Line supervisors sample at fixed intervals — stitch density, seam strength, foam density, weight and balance — so a drifting process is caught within the shift, not at final audit.

Pre-shipment audit
Finished goods are sampled to AQL 2.5 for general defects and AQL 1.5 for critical ones. Cartons are drop-tested and the audit report ships with the consignment.
