Five stages, each with a document attached. Nothing moves to the next stage without the previous one closed.

Order confirmation
Proforma invoice issued against the agreed specification, quantity and incoterm. Production is scheduled on receipt of the advance.

Production & inspection
Three-stage inspection runs alongside production. The pre-shipment report reaches you before booking is confirmed.

Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any market-specific declarations prepared in-house by our export desk.
04
Booking & loading
Container booked and stuffed under our supervision, with loading photographs sent the same day.
05
Sailing & tracking
Bill of lading released per the agreed payment terms, with tracking shared until arrival at your port.
