Manufacturing
Everything critical happens under our roof.
Moulding, pressing, cutting, stitching, sublimation, assembly and finishing are all in-house. That is why we can hold a lead time, revise a sample in days and guarantee that a repeat order matches the first one.

Production capability
Four departments, one floor.
Work moves between departments without leaving the building, which removes the handover points where quality and schedule usually slip.
In-house moulding & pressing
Compression and injection moulding for balls, guards and grips, plus a dedicated willow pressing shop. Running the tooling ourselves is what keeps a repeat order inside the tolerance you approved on the first one.
26 Production lines
Cutting, stitching & assembly
Automated cutting tables feed 180 stitching stations across leather, PU and technical textile lines. Hand-stitching cells are retained for match-grade balls where machine stitch cannot match seam integrity.

Material sourcing & testing
Leather, latex, EVA and polyester are bought against a written specification and tested on arrival for thickness, tensile strength and colour fastness. Rejected lots never reach the floor.
100% Incoming lots tested
Sublimation & finishing
Two sublimation lines and an embroidery bank handle garment, bag and glove decoration in-house, so branding is never subcontracted and artwork approval is a single conversation.
160k Garments / month
Materials
Bought to specification, tested on arrival.
Material is where most imported sports equipment actually fails. Every incoming lot is checked against the written purchase specification before it reaches a line.
Leather & hides
Alum-tanned cowhide, sheep and buffalo leather, graded and dyed in-house for batch colour consistency.
Polyurethane & microfibre
Engineered PU from 1.2 mm to 2.0 mm, plus laminated microfibre for match-grade ball covers.
Foams & EVA
IMF, closed-cell EVA, PE and high-rebound foams, density-tested per incoming lot.
Technical textiles
420D to 1680D polyester, interlock and mesh knits, spacer fabrics and compression knits.
Latex & rubber
Natural latex bladders and bands, moulded rubber compounds, tensile-tested by batch.
Willow & cane
Grade 1 English and seasoned Kashmir willow, Sarawak cane handles, moisture-conditioned before pressing.
Capacity
What we can actually run, per month.
Published capacity by category. Peak seasons book out, so early indication of your volume is the single most useful thing you can give us.

Quality assurance
Three inspection gates, one golden sample.
Quality is a process, not a certificate on a wall. Ours is built around a signed golden sample and three fixed inspection points between raw material and sealed carton.
01
Incoming material inspection
Every leather, foam, textile and latex lot is checked against the purchase specification for thickness, weight, tensile strength and colour before it is released to production.
02
In-line process control
Line supervisors sample at fixed intervals — stitch density, seam strength, foam density, weight and balance — so a drifting process is caught within the shift, not at final audit.
03
Pre-shipment audit
Finished goods are sampled to AQL 2.5 for general defects and AQL 1.5 for critical ones. Cartons are drop-tested and the audit report ships with the consignment.
What we test
- Dimensional and weight verification against the approved sample
- Seam strength and stitch-density testing
- Foam density and rebound testing for impact products
- Pressure retention over 72 hours for all inflatables
- Colour fastness to rubbing, washing and light
- Carton drop test and moisture-content check before sealing
