How it works
Five steps from brief to booked container.
No stage starts until the previous one is signed off in writing. It is slower on paper and considerably faster in practice.

Brief & specification
Send a reference product, a tech pack or simply a description. Our product team returns a written specification with material options and an indicative cost band.

Artwork & tooling
Our in-house design team prepares dielines, print layouts and Pantone builds. Where a new mould is needed we quote tooling separately and it stays your tooling.

Sampling
A pre-production sample ships within 12–18 days for your sign-off. Revisions are free until the sample matches the approved specification.

Production & audit
Bulk runs against the signed golden sample, with the three-stage inspection protocol applied and a pre-shipment report issued before booking.

Packing & dispatch
Retail packaging, barcodes, care labels and export cartons to your specification, loaded FOB Nhava Sheva or delivered DDP to your warehouse.

Decoration
Every branding method, in-house.
Decoration is never subcontracted, so artwork approval is one conversation and a colour correction takes hours rather than weeks.
Dye sublimation
Full-colour, edge-to-edge, permanent. Standard for garments, bags and ball panels.
Embroidery
Up to 12 colours with 3D puff options. Used on caps, bags, gloves and technical wear.
Screen & pad print
Pantone-matched inks on leather, PU, rubber and moulded components.
Heat transfer
Fine-detail numbers, names and small crests on knits and mesh.
Embossing & debossing
Tooled impression in leather and PU, with or without foil.
Woven labels & silicone badges
Applied or stitched brand marks with your own label artwork.

Retail-ready, not just export-ready.
