How it's built.
Full-grain cowhide over a three-layer injection-moulded foam core: a dense inner deck for knuckle protection, a rebound layer to spread impact, and a soft outer skin so pad work does not punish the holder.
The wrist uses a wide hook-and-loop cuff with an integrated thumb lock, which keeps the wrist aligned through heavy-bag rounds. Foam density is checked per batch — the single most common failure point in imported impact gear.
