How it's built.
A seven-ply hardwood blade balanced for control-first play, faced with 2 mm sponge pimple-in rubber on both sides and edge-sealed to stop delamination.
The flared handle is shaped and lacquered in-house; blades are thickness-gauged before rubber application so bounce stays consistent across a run.
