How it's built.
Guardian pads run cane rods through a high-density foam face to spread impact without the weight of traditional builds. The moulded knee roll flexes with the front leg rather than folding, which is what batters actually notice over a long innings.
Bolsters are lined in a spacer mesh that vents heat, and the three-strap system uses moulded buckles rather than velcro-only closures so fit holds through a full session.
